SHIPPING & REFUND POLICY 
• Ready to ship: All ready to ship items will ship within 5 business days (M-F, excluding Holidays.)
• Preorders: All preorder items will ship within 15-20 business days (M-F, excluding Holidays.) 
 •Ready to ship/ Preorder: If you order a ready to ship item with a preorder item, the ready to ship item will NOT ship until the preorder item does. 
• Returns: Items can be returned ONLY if they are defective or wrong item / wrong size. ALL return items MUST BE unworn and unwashed. Any items that have wash wear or stains will be IMMEDIATELY returned to customer with no given refund. Please email us at southernhydeclothingco.cs@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery or ‘ready for pickup’ e-mail being sent if there is an issue or need for a return.
