Refund policy
 SHIPPING & REFUND POLICYÂ
• Ready to ship: All ready to ship items will ship within 3-6 business days (M-F, excluding Holidays.)
• Preorders: All t-shirt preorder items will ship within 15-20 business days (M-F, excluding Holidays.)Â
 •Ready to ship/ Preorder: If you order a ready to ship item with a preorder item, the ready to ship item will NOT ship until the preorder item does.Â
•Cancel: We give all customers 24 hours to cancel their orders for a full refund. After 24 hours, you can cancel your order to ONLY receive store credit.
• Returns: Items can be returned ONLY if they are defective or wrong item / wrong size made from an error within the company. ALL return items MUST BE unworn and unwashed. Any items that have wash wear or stains will be IMMEDIATELY returned to customer with no given store credit. Please email us at southernhydeclothingco.cs@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery or ‘ready for pickup’ e-mail being sent if there is an issue or need for a return.Â
•Return Label: We are NOT responsible for return labels UNLESS it is an error on the company.
•Address Change: We are NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. Please make sure to update your address before placing your order. Once your order has shipped, We CANNOT change the address.
• Pickups: Items MUST be picked up within 2 weeks of ‘ready for pickup’ e-mail being sent. If not picked up within this 2 week window, your order will be returned to inventory and refunded.
•Lost/Stolen Packages: Southern Hyde Co. is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages.Once it has left our warehouse, it is then the responsibility of USPS or UPS. Â
